An agent researches every target account: hiring, leadership changes, tech stack and the pain points in their own job ads. Each account gets a fit score and a reason to reach out.

From first message to approved action. A person stays in control at every step.
The numbers and workflow statuses I'd set up for an AI or SaaS company, in one view. Illustrative only: a fictional pipeline with sample data.
AI and SaaS companies usually run a solid stack: a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, a sequencing tool, product analytics, call recording and billing. The gap is the work between them: researching accounts, writing outreach that reflects real use cases, logging calls, and spotting which trials and customers are ready to buy or about to leave. I help you sharpen your ICP and positioning, build pipeline, and set up AI workflows across those tools, with your team approving every message and proposal before it goes out.
Enter your own numbers: repetitive tasks like enquiries, bookings, documents, orders and reports. Nothing is sent anywhere.
A simulated fortnight at Demo Agentic. Each card is a lead moving through your workflow, with a person approving anything important. Sample data.

First emails are drafted from that research, in your voice, so every message speaks to the prospect's situation. You approve each one before it is sent.

After each call, pain points, budget, decision makers and next steps are captured and synced to your CRM, with a follow-up email drafted for you to check.

Product usage in every free trial is scored daily, so your team calls the accounts that are ready to buy, with talking points drawn from how they actually use the product.

Proposals are drafted from the call notes and your own templates: scope, pricing tier and security answers. You edit the flagged sections and send it the same day.

Usage, support and billing signals are checked every week. At-risk accounts get a save play, and growing ones get an expansion play, both assigned to the account owner.

Something else on your mind? Ask me on a short call.
Yes. I build on top of your existing stack, for example HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive for CRM, plus your sequencing, call recording and billing tools. Where they have APIs or native integrations, the workflows connect directly. There is no need to change your CRM, and anything new is added in a way your team can see and manage.
Both. Most of the value comes from getting the basics right first: a clear ICP, positioning buyers understand, a repeatable outbound motion and a clean CRM. AI then takes on the research, drafting and admin around that process, so your sellers spend more time in conversations. I can help with either part or both.
Only if you want it to. Outbound, proposals and customer messages run in draft for approval mode by default, so a person on your team reviews and sends each one. Routine internal tasks, like logging call notes or updating deal fields, can run automatically. You decide which workflows need a human eye.
Access is limited to the systems and fields each workflow needs, using your own accounts and permissions. Prospect and customer data stays in your tools and is not used to train public models. We agree data protection rules up front, including GDPR or regional requirements where they apply, and keep a record of what each workflow can read and write.
Yes. I spent four years on the ground in Dubai and have sold technology across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman. I can help with partner and channel mapping, localised positioning, Arabic and English outreach and event planning, alongside the AI workflows that support it.
No. Your team sees the results in the tools it already uses, such as draft emails in the CRM or call summaries on a deal record. I handle the setup, connections and testing, and walk your team through how each workflow behaves and how to adjust it. You need someone who knows your sales process, not someone who codes.
It depends on your tools, the size of your team and which use cases you start with. A first workflow or a focused go-to-market sprint is usually a matter of weeks rather than months. A short call is enough for me to give you a clear scope, timeline and price for the first step.
