Will this work with the systems we already use?
Yes. I build on top of your reservation, departure control and baggage systems, for example Amadeus, Sabre or Navitaire, plus baggage tracing tools such as WorldTracer and your contact centre platform. Where a system has an API or integration, I connect to it directly. Where it does not, we use exports, shared inboxes or forms. Your core systems stay as they are.
Does AI make safety or maintenance decisions?
No. AI never makes safety, airworthiness or maintenance-release decisions, and it does not change operational plans on its own. It can summarise records, search manuals and draft reports, but certifying staff, operations control and your safety teams make every decision. Workflows are scoped with your safety and compliance teams and kept outside safety-critical systems.
Could the assistant give passengers wrong information during disruption?
Disruption messages are drafted from your own operational data and policies, and they run in "draft for approval" mode, so a duty agent checks them before they go out. Routine answers, like baggage allowance, can be automatic. Anything about compensation, safety or an individual passenger's case is handed to a person.
How do you handle passenger data and security?
Passenger records are personal data, and some, such as special assistance needs, are sensitive. Before building, we settle what the AI can access, where data is stored and processed, including data residency, and how long it is kept, in line with UK GDPR, the UAE's PDPL or other rules where you operate. Passport and payment details are never passed to the AI, and access is logged.
Do I need to be technical?
No. I set everything up, connect the systems and show your team how it works. Day to day, agents approve drafts, pick up handed-over cases and read the morning briefing, all from tools they already use. If something needs changing, like a new baggage policy or route, you tell me in plain language and I update it.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
It depends on your tools, the size of your operation and the use cases you start with. A first workflow, such as delayed bag updates or a passenger assistant, can often be running within a few weeks. A short call gives you a clear scope, timeline and price for the first step, so you know what you are getting before any work starts.
