Do you charge anything upfront?
No. You start free with 3 qualified discovery calls. There is no fixed deadline: it can take a few days or a few weeks, depending on your area and market. If I don't deliver, there is no fee. After that, we agree on a model only if it works for you.
What is a qualified discovery call?
A qualified discovery call is a booked call with a person who fits your ideal client: the right role, company size or life stage, a real need you solve right now (for example a growing team, a new leadership role or a training budget), and the authority or budget to buy. They have agreed to the call in writing and know what it is about. A name on a list, or a call with someone who only wants free advice, does not count.
What do I receive for each call?
A short client brief: who the person is, their role and company or situation, why they fit your coaching or training area, the signal that shows they need help now, their own reply agreeing to the call, and a suggested opening for your call. You can see a sample brief on this page.
Do you join the calls or agree the programme and price?
No. Discovery calls, programme terms, pricing, contracts, payments and all coordination are directly between you and your client. I find and qualify the client, hand over the brief and step back. I am not a party to your client agreements.
How do you find clients?
I look for real signals, such as founders who are hiring, people who started a new leadership role, companies that raised funding or opened a training budget, and start a conversation in your voice. The aim is a booked call with someone who has a real need you solve.
Do you write in my voice?
Yes. Messages are written to sound like you, as conversations rather than sales scripts, and nothing is sent without your approval.
Can you find corporate clients for workshops and training?
Yes. HR directors and L&D heads planning leadership, sales, wellbeing or skills training are found while budgets are open and invited to a call about your workshop. Proposals, dates and fees are agreed between you and them.
Do you work with e-learning and online courses?
Yes. Free-lesson and masterclass sign-ups get reminders and follow-ups to enrol, and companies that want your course for their teams are booked for a team licence call.
Is it exclusive?
No. I work as an independent consultant on a non-exclusive basis, and I never introduce the same client to a competing coach during your campaign.
What if a client I met through you signs later?
Clients I hand over are registered with you for an agreed period, usually 12 months. If you sign one of them in that time, including later programmes, the agreed fee or commission applies. The period and rate are set out in our written agreement.
Who owns the client relationships and data?
You do. Clients and their records stay yours. My research methods and templates stay mine.
Do you only work in the GCC?
No. The GCC is my home market, but I find clients in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, Africa and Latin America too, for online and in-person coaching.
Can AI take notes in my sessions?
Only with your client's consent. AI can draft session notes, action points and follow-up reminders for you to check. Building a working assistant is part of a paid engagement.
What happens after the 3 free calls?
You take the calls first. If they are the right people, we agree on a model: per qualified call, commission on clients signed, retainer plus commission, a fractional role or a launch campaign. If not, you have lost nothing.
