Will this work with the systems we already use?
Yes. I build on top of your student information system, learning platform and admissions CRM, for example Moodle, Canvas or iSAMS, plus email, your website and WhatsApp. Where a system has an API or integration, I connect to it directly. Where it does not, we use exports, shared inboxes or forms. Your staff keep the tools they already know.
Does AI make admissions decisions?
No. AI can answer enquiries, chase documents and draft applicant summaries, but admissions decisions, offers, grades and any judgement about a student stay with your staff. Summaries are drafts for approval, and the criteria are yours. The aim is to remove admin, so your team spends its time on the conversations and decisions that matter.
How do you protect student and parent data?
Student data, especially for under-18s, needs extra care. Before building, we agree what the AI can access, where data is stored and processed, and how long it is kept, in line with the rules where you operate, such as UK GDPR or the UAE's PDPL, and your safeguarding policy. Access is limited by role and logged, and wellbeing concerns always go to a person.
Will AI-generated learning content be accurate?
Content is drafted from your curriculum, course outlines and approved materials, not from the open web, and a teacher reviews every resource before learners see it. The AI saves time on first drafts, quizzes and versions for different levels. Your teachers keep control of what is taught and how it is assessed.
Do I need to be technical?
No. I set everything up, connect the tools and show your team how it works. Day to day, staff approve drafts, pick up handed-over questions and read the morning dashboard, all from tools they already use. If something needs changing, like a new course or an updated policy, you tell me in plain language and I update it.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
It depends on your tools, the size of your institution and the use cases you start with. A first workflow, such as an enquiry assistant, can often be running within a few weeks. A short call gives you a clear scope, timeline and price for the first step, so you know what you are getting before any work starts.
