Most fashion brands already have the tools: a store, an inbox, social DMs and a spreadsheet of stock. What's missing is the workflow between them. I design and build automations that connect what you already use, across the four stages of the customer journey, with your team approving anything that needs a human eye.

Stage 01

Attract

Get found, and make every product page do the selling.

AI product descriptions

Turn supplier specs and product photos into on-brand titles, descriptions and SEO copy for every SKU. New drops go live faster, and a person on your team approves every listing before it publishes.

Stage 02

Convert

Answer shoppers instantly and bring back the ones who almost bought.

DM & sizing assistant

An assistant answers Instagram, WhatsApp and website questions about sizing, fit, stock and delivery, using your own size charts and product data. Shoppers get an answer in seconds, and anything tricky is handed straight to your team.

Part of: Returns & Fit Pack Simulate this on my brand →

Abandoned cart recovery

Personalised follow-ups go out by email or WhatsApp when a shopper leaves items in their cart. Each message mentions the exact products and sizes, and the sequence stops the moment they buy.

Stage 03

Deliver

Fewer returns, fewer stock-outs, fewer surprises after the order.

Inventory & reorder alerts

Daily checks on sell-through and stock levels flag fast movers before they sell out and slow movers before they need a markdown. Alerts arrive in your inbox or team chat with a suggested reorder quantity for you to approve.

Stage 04

Retain & Expand

Turn one-off buyers into repeat customers without manual chasing.

Win-back journeys

Lapsed customers are identified from their purchase history and sent new-arrival picks in their size and style. The journey runs on its own and reports exactly who came back and what they bought.

FAQ

Questions I get asked

Something else on your mind? Ask me on a short call.

I already use Shopify or another store platform. How does this fit in?

It works on top of what you already use; you don't have to switch. Most store, email and inventory tools (for example Shopify, WooCommerce or Klaviyo) offer an API or connect through tools like Zapier or Make, and the automations plug into that. If a tool has no integration, we can often work from exports, email notifications or a shared sheet. I check exactly what your setup supports on our first call.

Will AI publish listings or message customers without me knowing?

Only if you want it to. Each workflow can run in "draft for approval" mode, where you or your team approve listings and messages before they go out, or in automatic mode for routine things like order updates. Anything unusual, like a complaint or an address change, is routed to a person.

Will AI-written product copy sound like my brand?

It's set up from your best existing listings, your tone of voice and the words you never use. Every draft follows the same rules, and your team approves it before it goes live, so the copy gets more consistent, not more generic.

Can automation really reduce returns?

It tackles the causes you can control: shoppers picking the wrong size, photos that don't match the product, and fit problems nobody spots until the next order. Sizing answers come from your own size chart, and return reasons are grouped so you can fix the product or the page. I won't promise a number; we measure your return rate before and after.

How is customer data handled?

Data protection is settled before anything is built: what data is used, where it is stored, who can see it and how consent is recorded for marketing. Workflows only use the data they need, and customer data is only shared with the tools your workflows rely on, under their data-processing terms.

We're a small or new brand. Is this for us?

Yes. Small teams often feel the most benefit, because the same few people write listings, answer DMs, pack orders and chase suppliers. We start with the one or two workflows that free up the most hours each week.

Do I need to be technical?

No. I design and build the workflows, test them with you and hand over clear instructions. You keep working in the apps you already know.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

It depends on your catalogue size, your tools and which use cases you pick. After a short call I'll give you a clear scope, timeline and price for your first starter pack.
