Will this work with the systems we already use?
Yes. I build on top of your existing property management system, channel manager and messaging tools, for example Opera, Mews or Cloudbeds, plus WhatsApp Business and email. Where a system has an API or integration, I connect to it directly. Where it does not, we use exports, shared inboxes or simple forms. You keep your current tools and your team keeps working the way it does.
Will the assistant message guests without us knowing?
Only if you want it to. Routine answers, like breakfast times or parking, can go out automatically using your own house information. Anything sensitive, such as complaints, refunds, billing questions or review replies, runs in "draft for approval" mode, so a member of your team checks it first. The assistant hands over to a person whenever it is unsure.
Can it handle room access and digital keys?
It can connect to compatible mobile key and door lock systems to send keys, check-in links and access codes at the right time. Access rules stay in your existing lock and PMS setup, and your team can cancel or reissue a key at any point. I do not replace your access control system. I automate the messages and steps around it.
How do you handle guest data and security?
Guest data stays in your own systems wherever possible. Before building, we agree what the AI can see, where data is stored and processed, and how long it is kept, in line with the data protection rules where you operate, such as UK GDPR or the UAE's PDPL. Passport and payment details are never passed to the AI, and access is limited by role and logged.
Do I need to be technical?
No. I set everything up, connect the tools and show your team how it works. Day to day, your staff approve drafts, pick up handed-over messages and read the morning dashboard, all from tools they already use. If something needs changing, like a new offer or updated house information, you tell me in plain language and I update it.
Does this work for a small or independent property?
Yes. A boutique hotel or a handful of serviced apartments often benefits most, because the same few people handle bookings, messages and service requests. Starting with a guest messaging assistant and pre-arrival messages usually frees up the most time. Larger groups can add multi-property reporting and shared workflows later.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
It depends on your tools, the size of your property and the use cases you start with. A first workflow, such as a guest messaging assistant, can often be running within a few weeks. A short call gives you a clear scope, timeline and price for the first step, so you know what you are getting before any work starts.
