Sponsors with a results report

Event organisers, podcast hosts and community founders usually have a strong programme and a loyal audience, but too little time for the sales work around it. Sponsor lists are built from memory, outreach starts late, delegates and members ask the same questions on WhatsApp, and partners renew only if someone remembers to ask. I run the finding and qualifying for you: sponsor and partner research, outreach in your voice, follow-ups until interest is confirmed, delegate and member campaigns, an attendee assistant on WhatsApp and a results report every sponsor wants to read. Once a sponsor is qualified, I hand over the details and you take it from there. You keep every relationship, and you only pay commission on sponsorships that have actually been paid to you.

Start free: 3 qualified sponsors or partners

Before you commit to anything, I bring you 3 qualified sponsors or partners for your event, podcast season or community programme, each with their details and the reason they fit. Sometimes that takes a few days, sometimes longer, depending on your theme and timing.

  • Fits your theme, audience and a sponsorship tier
  • Budget owner named: marketing, brand or partnerships
  • Interest confirmed in writing: deck, pricing or a call
  • New to you, not a past sponsor · no fee if I don't deliver

What is a qualified sponsor? A qualified sponsor is a company that fits your event theme, audience and one of your sponsorship tiers, with the person who owns the budget (marketing, brand, partnerships or events) named, and interest confirmed in writing, for example by asking for your deck or pricing, or agreeing to a call. It is new to you, not an existing or past sponsor, and its budget and timing suit your event date. A name on a list does not count.

For each sponsor you receive a short sponsor brief
  1. Company · what it does and where it operates
  2. Decision-maker · name, role and the best way to reach them
  3. Why they qualify for your event · how they match your theme, audience and the tier that suits them
  4. Proof of interest · their reply, request for your deck or pricing, or the agreed call
  5. Suggested next step · the tier or package that fits them, ready for your own intro call

Then you take it from there. Intro calls, sponsorship terms, contracts, payments and all coordination are directly between you and the sponsor. I find and qualify the sponsor, hand over the brief and step back.

Exactly what you receive for each sponsor

Every qualified sponsor comes with a one-page brief like this, so you can walk into the intro call prepared. This example uses fictional names and sample data.

  • The company and the person who owns the budget
  • Why they qualify for your event, in your terms
  • Their own words showing interest
  • The tier that fits them and a suggested opening for your call

Why they qualify for your event

  • Your theme (responsible AI) matches their new AI-security product launch in Q1
  • Your audience of CIOs and CISOs is exactly the buyer they target
  • They sponsored two regional security events last year, but not yours
  • Q1 marketing budget confirmed in their reply

Proof of interest

"Thanks, this looks relevant for our Q1 launch. Please send the deck and tier options, and let's set up a call next week."

Suggested next step

Send the Gold tier page and offer a speaking slot on the AI security panel. Open the call with their Q1 launch and the CISO audience numbers.

    FAQ

    Questions I get asked

Something else on your mind? Ask me on a short call.

    Do you charge anything upfront?

No. You start free with 3 qualified sponsors or partners. There is no fixed deadline: it can take a few days or a few weeks, depending on your theme and timing. If I don't deliver, there is no fee. After that, we agree on a model only if it works for you.

How does commission work, and when is it paid?

Commission is a share of the sponsorships that come from the sponsors I hand over to you, and it is due only once the sponsor has paid you. If a sponsor does not pay, you owe nothing. The rate depends on your tiers and timeline, so it is shared on request.

What do I receive for each qualified sponsor?

A short sponsor brief: the company and what it does, the decision-maker's name, role and best way to reach them, why they qualify for your event (how they match your theme, audience and a tier you offer), proof of their interest such as their reply or a request for your deck, and the suggested next step. You can see a sample brief on this page.

Do you join the sponsor calls or negotiate the terms?

No. Intro calls, sponsorship terms, contracts, payments and all coordination are directly between you and the sponsor. I find and qualify the sponsor, hand over the brief and step back. I am not a party to your sponsorship agreements.

    Is it exclusive?

No. I work as an independent consultant on a non-exclusive basis, and I never offer a competing event the same sponsors during your campaign.

Who owns the sponsor relationships and contacts?

You do. Sponsors, delegates and clients stay yours, and all records live in your CRM or sheets. My research methods and templates stay mine.

What if I sign a sponsor you introduced later, for example next year?

Sponsors I hand over are registered with you for an agreed period, usually 12 months. If you sign one of them in that time, including for your next edition, the agreed commission applies. The period and rate are set out in our written agreement.

    Which sponsors do you target?

It depends on your theme and audience. Typical sponsors are AI and software vendors, cybersecurity companies, cloud providers, banks and fintech, telecom operators, consulting firms, universities and IT exporters looking for GCC visibility.

Do you write in our voice and brand?

Yes. Messages are written to sound like you, as conversations rather than sales scripts, and nothing is sent without your approval.

Can you support us onsite at the event?

Yes. Remote work is the default, and onsite support in Dubai, Riyadh, Doha and other cities is available for lead capture and sponsor follow-up for the results report. Sponsor terms and coordination stay between you and the sponsor.

Do you only work in the GCC?

No. The GCC is my home market, but I find sponsors, delegates and clients in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, Africa and Latin America too, for events anywhere and for online programmes.

Do you work with online events and webinars?

Yes. Online events, webinars and masterclasses use the same playbook: sponsors or partners, sign-up campaigns, reminders and follow-ups.

Can AI answer attendee questions on WhatsApp?

Yes. An assistant answers from your own event information, such as venue, agenda, tickets and parking, registers delegates and sends reminders. Anything unusual is passed to your team. Building a working assistant is part of a paid engagement.

Do you work with podcasts and live shows?

Yes. Podcast and live show sponsors are found the same way: brands whose customers match your listeners are contacted with your audience data, and once they ask for the media kit, the brief is handed to you to agree season or episode terms.

Can you grow members for our forum or community?

Yes. Founders and professionals who fit your criteria are invited personally, screened and welcomed on WhatsApp, and partners are found to fund your mentoring, awards or programmes. Membership terms and fees are always yours to set.

Can you send me a link prepared for my event?

Yes. I can share a personal link that shows your event name, the weeks left until your date and what should be happening this week in the sponsor countdown. The form is filled in with your details, so you only add what is missing.

What happens after the 3 free sponsors?

You see the leads or calls first. If it works, we agree on commission only, retainer plus commission, a fractional role or payment per discovery call. If not, you have lost nothing.
