Who will I work with: you or a team?
Me. I am an individual consultant and I do the work myself, using AI-assisted research and drafting. If extra outreach capacity is needed, I tell you upfront and you approve it.
How much do you charge?
It depends on the model, your market, deal size and scope, so I don't publish fixed prices. Book a 15-minute call and I will share pricing for your case, or send the form and I reply with a written proposal within one working day.
Which of the four models should I choose?
If you want zero fixed cost and have a proven offer, commission only. If you want to pay for outcomes, milestones. For a steady pipeline, retainer plus commission. For senior leadership and team coaching, fractional. Most clients start with a 30 or 60-day milestone pilot and decide after.
How many qualified leads can I expect?
On a monthly retainer, a minimum of 8 qualified leads a month from month 2; on a fractional role, a minimum of 4 a month alongside leadership work. A qualified lead is a decision-maker at a company matching your ICP with confirmed interest and a booked meeting. The exact minimum is agreed in writing for your market and deal size; month 1 is used for ICP, lists and messaging.
How does commission work, and when is it paid?
Commission is a share of revenue from deals I bring in, agreed in writing per offer. It is due only after your client pays you. Accounts I introduce are registered for an agreed period.
Is commission only available for everyone?
It is subject to a short fit check on your offer, deal size and sales cycle, because I can only work on commission where deals can realistically close. If it is not a fit, I suggest a milestone pilot instead.
What happens in a 30, 60 or 90-day pilot?
30 days: ICP, target list, messaging and first outreach. 60 days: plus playbook, meetings, discovery support and first proposals. 90 days: plus negotiation support, BD team training and a KPI dashboard. Each pilot ends with a review where you decide.
Do you work onsite?
I work remotely for clients in the GCC, UK, Europe, North America and Pakistan. Onsite visits, workshops, team training and client meetings are available in Lahore only.
Do you work with non-tech companies?
Yes. Manufacturers, exporters, distributors, logistics and professional services firms use the same method: the right accounts, a real reason to talk and follow-up until there is a decision.
Can you write our proposals and tender responses?
Yes. I gather requirements, define scope and pricing structure, and draft the proposal or tender response in your format for your approval.
What does BD team training cover?
ICP and qualification, prospecting and Sales Navigator, LinkedIn and email outreach, discovery calls, proposals, objection handling and AI-assisted selling with the .md kits. Remote, or onsite in Lahore.
What are the AI-assisted .md kits?
Markdown rule files and prompts for Claude or ChatGPT covering 18 areas, from ICP to weekly KPI reports. Your team uses them to research and draft the way I do. You can try a free sample first.
Who pays for Sales Navigator and other tools?
On commission only and milestone work, I use and pay for my own tools: Sales Navigator, data sources and email tools. On a monthly retainer or fractional role, you provide the licences (Sales Navigator seat, CRM, sending domain and data credits) in your company's name, so everything stays with you if we stop. Free samples are always on me.
Is it exclusive?
No. I work as an independent, non-exclusive consultant and never pitch a competitor's services to your registered accounts.
Who owns the leads and data?
You do. All accounts, contacts, sequences and CRM records stay yours. My methods and templates stay mine.
How do I start?
The quickest way is a free 15-minute call: I ask about your offer and market, suggest the right model and share pricing. Or claim a free sample, or fill in the form at the bottom of this page and I reply within one working day.
