Dispatches leave heavier than the challan.
Every load is weighed against metres × kg per metre. Anything over the allowed difference alerts the owner before the lorry leaves.
Deliveries come in short.
The scale weight is checked against the supplier's invoice on the GRN, and you pay only for what came in.
Lorries leave without paperwork.
The guard logs every vehicle, driver and transporter on arrival. A vehicle that leaves with no GRN or challan is a high alert.
